Kyleigh is the friendly face and organized mind behind our front desk. As our receptionist and reservation specialist, she’s often the first point of contact for pet parents. Whether you’re calling with questions or dropping off your dog for a stay, Kyleigh is here to help make your experience smooth and stress-free. With a keen attention to detail and a genuine love for animals, Kyleigh ensures that every request is handled with care. Katie is one of our Paws-itively dedicated Pet Care Attendants with hands on experience in both doggy daycare and overnight boarding. She’s known for her calm energy, gentle approach, and strong connection with animals of all kinds. Whether she’s leading playgroups, tidying up suites, or giving belly rubs during naptime, Katie makes sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved. She especially enjoys spending one-on-one time with pups who need a little extra attention, making sure they feel right at home.

Bella is another one of our fur-tastic Pet Care Attendants! When she first joined our team, she came with a love for animals and a willingness to learn and she's grown into a confident and caring presence in our playgroups. With a calm demeanor and growing knowledge of dog behavior, Bella quickly earned the trust of both pups and teammates. Now a familiar face in the yards, she helps manage group play with patience, confidence, and lots of tail wags. From shy dogs to the social butterflies, Bella makes sure every pup feels seen, safe, and included.
