Two options! 

  • Click "Register my pet" on our home page and once you have filled out our online forms and we receive the notification, we will reach out to you.
  •  If you'd rather us do that for you, reach out to us via email or phone and an employee will reach out to you immediately.


  • We do evaluations Tuesdays-Saturdays only. 
  • Give us a call or email us and we can help you schedule a date!
  • If you are out of state and wish to board with our Premium package, please call us immediately so we can discuss accommodations. 


  • To put it this way, we provide everything but their food, but of course you are welcome to bring any comfort items from home If you think your pet(s) will do better with their own bed or blanket with your scent on it.  As for toys, we put those up at the end of the day for safety reasons. 


  • We require canine pets to be vaccinated for DAPPv, Bordetella, and Rabies. (Rabies Certificate) 
  • We require feline pets to be vaccinated for FVRCP and Rabies (Rabies Certificate)
  • Please upload your records to your Gingr account or email your pet's vaccination records prior to checking in.
  • Your vet is welcome to email your records to Stay@eliteretreatde.com

        

       Please note that Elite Retreat is not responsible for keeping track of your pets vaccination records. We do have the right to refuse service if they are not up to date. 


  • We only require deposits for boarding reservations during peak dates and holidays. June 1st - August 31st & November 1st - January 2nd.
  • Reservations made during peak dates only will require a 25% deposit and reservations made during major Holidays will require a 50% deposit.
  • Deposits are refundable if cancelled 48 hours before your check in date.


  • We do, but depending on the duration we do require a first 2 weeks deposit with a card on file that will be automatically be charged every 2 weeks. 
  • Their vaccinations should stay up to date during the duration of their stay, or a plan of action in place before any expiration dates. 


  • Absolutely not. Your pet is fed in their assigned kennel for every meal. If they have a sibling with them and need separated to feed, we can do that as well.  


  • No. Unless they are boarding with a sibling. All pets stay the night in their assigned kennels.


  • Absolutely! We just ask that you bring all medication in it's original bottle that it came in with specific instructions so we can ensure your pet is medicated appropriately during their stay with us.
